Well see I didn't know that.
That's why I asked.
Anyway, I don't care. The man will fix my machine on Monday and I can watch it on my glorious TV instead of hunching over the computer screen like some gross greasy nerd who thinks he's so damn smart because he gets his TV shows for free.
I've been telling you all season that the show's available in widescreen at abc.com.
Yeah yeah, I know. You don't listen to me unless I talk about meat.

I do not remember you saying that.
Possibly because I did not expect that information to be relevant in any way, since I pay many dollars to not have to watch Lost on the internet like a chump.
* "her a rat", foreshadowing that Juliet was indeed working with the Others and not left behind as she claimed.
* "Earhart": Amelia Earhart was a famous pilot who disappeared under mysterious circumstances over the Pacific.
* "a variation Earth".
* "The Ovarian Atria".

Thank you, Lostpedia. You are retarded.
I bet its the Earhart one. All disappearing in the ocean on a plane and everything.
Well, it just dawned on me that we learned in this episode why the Others were kidnapping women and children.
Their baby problem created a demand for children, the others were also talking about needing new test subjects to impregnate. I guess that once they found out Claire was pregnant the kidnappings ceased (besides Walt) because they already had most of the kids and they didn't need test subjects anymore.
A related question arises: How did Rousseau give birth to Alex without the medication? Did whatever thats causing the complications start after she was born?

-5 Jesus, why the hell are you people still following the lead of the asshole who admittedly was about to abandon you and has now brought home an Other to infiltrate you and poke Claire and probably Sun and maybe even Kate with shit in a non-sexy way points for Everybody except Sayid and Hurley and maybe Kate
Sawyer was out to mug her in the jungle too, y'know.

1) I pay for cable.
2) Network TV / VHF is freely broadcast and available via pretty much any antenna.

Yes, of course it's Earhart.
But no, maybe it is "her a rat".

seriously, have you seen some of the other ones?
This thread is dumb enough for me.
I use Lostpedia for episode summaries and easter eggs, but the comments and "theories" they come up with there are sometimes hilariously dumb. It's funny how somebody can totally pick apart and analyze a show down to the second, and still completely miss the point of everything.
Well Charlie hasn't even had a flashback this season yet so, it doesn't seem that weird to me.
I'm just sayin, the placement of it. If they do it, its gonna be a big deal. And penultimate episodes of the season are usually eps where big deals happen.

My TV is sexy as hell.
And watching Lost on broadcast TV is a waste of time. Might as well watch it with your eyes closed.
O_o
Dude, you know just about every market has over the air HD right? It probably looks better than whatever overly compressed signal your cable company is giving you.

He's right. And antennas are cheaper than cable. Fool.
Also, ABCs stream looks fine and dandy. I think it's good enough.

If you have a built in tuner you should be able to get over the air with a standard antenna. but if the signal is weaker you may need to get something better. I have a Zenith ZHDTV1 HDTV-UHF Digital Indoor Antenna with some crappy amplifier from Home Depot that probably sucks. When I get the change I may buy the DB2 HDTV Antenna, but because it is omni-directional it may not work any better.
If you have an HD-TV without a built in tuner you need to buy a set top box which will cost around $200.
I think all devices regardless of size that have an NTSC tunder sold today have to have an ATSC tuner built in, so even with a cheapo TV you can watch standard definition digital now.
