What is Blood Bowl? Blood Bowl is an ultra violent team sport, based on the Warhammer fantasy world. Build up your team with orcs, elves, dwarfs and many other fantasy creatures before jumping into the bloodiest arenas! Brought to us by Cyanide Studios, this is the videogame adaptation of the tabletop game. It can be played in the classic turn-based mode of its tabletop counterpart, or in the realtime mode exclusive to the videogame. Both have their own charm, and are pretty fun!
What can I play as? A ton of races, ranging from good old humans to orcs, undead and the forces of Chaos! The developer website gives a splendid overview, found here.
Where can I get it? The Legendary Edition comes with all races and can be found, currently with a hefty discount, on Steam, located here or directly from the developer, found here. Also available is the Blood Bowl Dark Elves edition, found here. Included in the Dark Elves edition are the humans, orcs, wood elves, skaven, goblins, lizardmen, chaos and dark elves, but you miss out on all the others. If you bought a previous edition of the game you get a 33% discount on the Legendary Edition via Cyanide!
Who is playing this? Who knows! Post here and I'll link your Steam profile in the OP so you can find people to play with. With enough people we could even set up a SE++ league!
Finally: dice are fickle and malevolent creatures, and will screw you over at the time you need them most. Stock up on rerolls.

I wanted to test to see if the 33% off for having the Dark Elf edition stacked onto the current sale, so I have DE and Legendary.

This is true, but playing the game a bunch works wonders, especially if you have someone to play against who can point things out to you.
My favourite thing about the game was playing against people with terrible, terrible puns for team names. I'm currently wracking my brain for an undead pun.

I do not think it does, but I have the Dark Elf edition too, since it was $5 and I was testing something.
I liked the running game I could do with Skaven, but I think I'm gonna get myself a Lizardman team, so I can have a good running and defense.
