Has anyone else been having issues with Pandora the last few days? I've got the paid version, and I mostly use the Pandora One app. I'm experiencing issues I would expect from a shitty connection, but my connection seems fine. Songs stopping and starting, "your connection is too slow" messages, etc. The time seems to glitch out when the song freezes, just now it said Basique by Little People was 38 minutes, froze for a bit and then went to the next song.
I couldn't find any forums on Pandora's site. I've had this happen at work and home. At home I'm on cable, but at work I'm on FIOS. However, they're both provided by Cox, so they're not entirely seperate. Everything has been restarted. It's not blocked at work since I handle all that.
I just got a 3DS XL. Add me! 2879-0925-7162

I use Pandora One all the time, and I've only ever had issues with it when my internet is being a POS.
I don't know what to say, except that maybe it's your ISP.
With the Pandora One app, have you tried turning down the quality to normal instead of awesome? Have you tried using the web client only, and not the application? Does anything different happen when you do either of those?
It's not consistent enough for me to gauge if the web client is better than the app, but I can say that both have had issues. I'll switch to the web client tomorrow and see if it's better or worse. The app set itself to normal quality yesterday and it hasn't changed since then. Still fucking up.
If you're not having issues than I think it's probably my ISP. Not a call I want to make, so I'll let it slide for now. Maybe it has something to do with other people in the office on the free client getting us throttled?
Some of these errors are kind of funny. They tried to put Ke$ha in my Deltron 3030, naturally I hit skip, and what came up again but more Kesha. Lucky for me it was really Wutang and the art just got stuck
I was trying to use Pandora on my phone while commuting home for christmas and it would play for a minutes or two and then stop to "buffer" and never resume. I could restart the app and it would continue to play, but then stop to buffer again and never resume. Switched over to Slacker and it worked fine, so it wasn't connection issues.
I think Pandora hates everyone. You type in something you like and they throw a bunch of crap at you, then they won't let you skip it, so you type something else in, and more crap. idk much about this though, i just signed up and felt like posting something. lol
The only time I found Pandora wouldn't let me skip a song was when I subscribed to a sponsored channel ("Big Daddy's" channel from Kickass, in my case). If you can skip a song did you try giving it a thumbs down?
