For many years they did not, but it appears possibly they do? I was able to get to what looked like the order review page on Amazon.com with a game in the cart and no red flags going up like I remember in the past.

Yes. I bought Gran Turismo 5 Collector's Edition from Amazon.com, and they shipped to me here in Calgary. On a side note, I paid for express shipping and the game was delivered to my door on the game's release date.
Yeah, Amazon.com won't ship most games to Canada due to publisher/distributor licensing restrictions. Good luck ever getting anything from Nintendo from there (or from Gamestop.com, or any other major US mail-order company), for example. Ninty's too happy with the overinflated market for their games up here.

Four Heroes of Light and The Crystal Bearers were able to be shipped to Canada, but every other game (sold by Amazon.com even) was not eligible.
maybe it's only very recent games they allow.
