So I came across the fourth season of IT Crowd and added it to my instant watch. Unfortunately my 360 refuses to play it. Does anyone know why this is an issue?
Edit: It's working with the PS3, so the initial problem is solved, but if someone knows what caused it I'd appreciate the advice.
Bug in Netflix itself, I'd guess, since it's happening to me on the 360 as well. I also had a problem playing Shutter Island on my iPad, but it worked fine on my PC and 360. I'm guessing something weird with new content.

You can usually report a problem with playback on the Netflix website and they'll try and fix the problem. And in some rare occasions give you minor compensation for the inconvinance. I had that happen once when I couldn't watch some videos and after reporting I got an email back saying if I had a problem with X on Y day click here to get a 3% rebate.

When Netflix first launched on 360 there was a pretty large handful of movies that were added to instant and wouldn't play and each time I ran across one I took the time to either call them or send an e-mail and let them know and they were pretty good about fixing it.
