Source model question: Dresses

So I have an idea for a short scene I want to try and make in source for fun, but one of the character needs to be a woman wearing a dress, has anyone seen any source models for dresses/skirts/something conservative and close to the body.

Better yet, does anyone have some resources I could use to find dresses and comparable clothing models?

    Could I turn a skirt into an ankle or mid claf skirt/dress?
