Fire scared me, still scares me a little. I'm paranoid about pretty much everything, though, especially any sort of poison because dying a slow painful death from poison =
I was terrified of being struck by lightning in my own house. I had the idea that when I was in the bathroom in a thunderstorm that lightning could strike me through the skylight.
That fear went away when I started the 3rd grade and learned more about the weather.
I was kinda scared of the dark for a while, real country dark now the type where you can't see your hand in front of you, when i was going home or somethin i would just run

The dark. And under my bed monsters, but only when it was dark. Seriously I'd run and jump into my bed if for some reason I had to get into bed when the lights were off. And I'd always leave my door open so I could see the nightlight in the bathroom.
Now I can't sleep unless it's almost completely dark in my room.

Flying insects, doubly so if they buzz. (this isn't so much a fear as much as they just creep me the fuck out)
