Netflix Canada

This is for anyone in Canada with Netflix, I am trying to cancel my subscription on their website but there doesn't seem to be anywhere for me to do it.

My credit card is being billed every month but on the website it says I don't have any billing history nor is my CC information saved on the site. I am really confused, has anyone in Canada experienced this?

Also the .ca website just takes me straight to .com.

I was hoping to avoid calling but I guess I might have to.

You're typing the url in wrong or something, netflix.ca should not/does not redirect to netflix.com, either way once your at .com just click canada at the bottom

edit: you could also try clearing your cookies, you might have clicked to set your default location to US somewhere, although I haven't seen any options like that

    Yeah.

But once I sign in it goes to .com and when I select my payment information from my account information there is nothing there and the address information has only zip codes as an option instead of postal codes.

the only other thing i can think of is that you're using the wrong email address and tried signing up for netflix.com with it sometime in the past then forgot :p but that seems a bit far fetched so i'd just try calling them, the canadian number is 1-866-348-2353 and open 24/7. Signing in on .ca should definitely not redirect you to .com unless you made the account as american

    Haha I am so stupid.

Your last post helped me figure it out. It is through another email address, because I signed up through xbox it wanted my email address that was associated with my gamertag which is a hotmail account.

    Thanks, this can be locked.
