Trouble installing windows over the network.

I am trying to reinstall windows on a netbook and since it has no CD drive I am trying to do it over the network. I downloaded Tftpd32 and have managed to get the other computer to boot into that system and into a command prompt. Whenever I try to do a net use it can't find the destination. I tried pinging my computer and it can't do that either. The rest of my computers on the network can all see and ping eachother. How can I get the netbook to be able to ping/connect to my host compter?
