For $45 you can buy 6380 Riot Points, which are used to buy champions and skins. 3900 of those points gets you the Digital Collector's Pack, which contains 20 champions and includes 1380 Riot Points (huh?). If you were to buy the champions individually it would cost 37800 IP or 9620 RP. The Digital Collector's pack can also be bought in stores or online as a boxed copy, which may save you a significant amount of money.
3410 Riot Points gets you the champions bundle. This contains some more expensive champions. Bought individually they would cost 60750 IP or 14350 RP (ish).
This leaves you with 450 RP, enough to buy yourself a single skin!

Yes, today is MLK day. New champions are usually released on Mondays, but it has happened on Tuesdays before.
I've always known patches to be released on Tuesdays.
New champions are released with the patches which are always on Tuesday unless there is some sort of major holiday that prevents PTR from having enough time to work stuff out. I doubt MLK day is a big enough holiday to warrant a delay in the patch release since it is only a day long Holiday

That is a dumb way to look at it though. People are not trying to make a legal case out of this, they are just saying that Riot are dickbags. The Riot people technically have the power to do what they want to our accounts but on the other hand bad PR for them means a smaller playerbase and less money rolling in.

Fiddlesticks is a pretty terrible laner. Soon as he starts moving towards you, just move back to your tower. Oh, he feared then drained you? Walk out of the range of his drain. Does your champion have a stun, silence, or knock up? Wow, fiddlesticks is completely useless against you. Have fun farming on his dessicated corpse!
If they don't though fiddle owns the lane, and the CD becomes so short that you can always drain them when they come back.
Except not. I haven't seen a fiddlesticks go into a lane since level 15, and I have over 600 games played. That should tell you something. He's a one trick pony in lane (his drain) and all you have to do is move out of the range for it to be useless.
If he hangs out in front of the creep wave to try to deny you exp and gold, well that sounds like your jungler would love to have a chat with him. Don't have a jungler? You should.
