So this forum got an "or" inserted...

Just noticed that Debate and Discourse is now Debate and/or Discourse. Was there anything that prompted the change? Does this change any of the rules/purposes of this forum? Or is this pretty non-noteworthy? I'm guessing the lack of announcement indicates that last option, but it wouldn't be D&D (DaoD?) without an intense examination of semantics.
