I eat cat food (solved)

I recently found a restaurant that serves authentic taiwanese (chinese?) dishes and the one I really like is called "minced pork with noodles on hotsauce". It looks like crap but it is so deliscious. So deliscious, in fact, that I must figure out how to make it so I can eat it all day every day.

Problem is I can't google it because the name is so vague. Anyone know what this might be? a more specific name, perhaps?

"zha jiang mian" can be spicy, although I didn't realize until I moved out of my parents' that it's generally not made that way.

    Hah, wikipedia has an entry:

It would probably be easiest just to go back to restaurant and ask them what it was.
