I've been a table top gamer most of my adult life, but the past few years not so much. A lot of my friends are dropping out of gaming or just moving away. I just wanted to get advice from kindred spirits on meeting new people to game with. I've been reading a lot about warmachine and played a little 4E. All that has done hook me into wanting to play. Any advice for older gamers looking for a group.

This is how I met my group who are all in their late 20s.
Whippersnappers!
Color me surprised if all of your group is even potty-trained... :P
On a more serious and helpful note: game stores. The good ones likely have regulars they can get you in touch with, if not game nights they organize themselves - then you get to play and meet people at the same time.
Also: forums. WotC has an LFG section on their forums for your D&D needs, Privateer Press has the same on theirs for your Warmahordes fix.
