    Um, well, Amnesia: The Dark Descent has a few instances of it. It's a horror game though, and she definitely wouldn't be drooling over it. At all.

    Also Cho Aniki is basically a gay sex fighting game.

    Alternately you could play Oblivion or Fallout and run around barely-clothed.

    You're gonna have a hard time finding a game that sexualizes men in the same way other games do for women.

    Might be a few Japanese games aimed at girls... or maybe some JRPGs with prettyboys in them.

    Also the Heavy Rain suggestion is hilarious cause the woman, Madison, is essentially useless to the plot and only exists to take her clothes off. Would be a bit counterproductive.

    Mass Effect had some male nudity, if you play Shepherd as a girl and complete the romance subplot with Kaiden. Also, plenty of fit (but not too bulky) guys in skin-tight jumpsuits. Mmmm. Though maybe that won't work for her since there's more lady skin showing then guy skin. But, you can always make your male teammates take off their armor for an underwear view (though you'd only really want to on Kaiden. The other dudes' physiques are too alien to be sexy).

    I haven't played ME2 yet (a crime, I know) so I don't know how much more of the same there is.

    Well, an alternative to scantily clad men is RPGs with romance-able males (when player = female). you could introduce her to Baldur's Gate. If that is too oldschool or she is a more casual gamer you could get her NWN:Hordes of the Underdark which has a hot tiefling romance option (Totally crushed on him when I first played). Or NWN2:Mask of the Betrayer for a charismatic, attractive Hagspawn. I'm a NWN junkie. Yikes.

    EDIT: Dragon Age:Origins also has some really hot guys. Just saying. Also, romance.

    Are you sure she intended you to take the statement literally? Is she actually going to play a game for hours just to "see how you like it?"

    In any case, humoring her is only going to prolong the argument. It'd probably be better to just stop playing so many games with scantily clad ladies.

    Unfortunately, people get way more riled up about penises than breasts, especially in America. I'm not saying that we'd for sure be seeing a lot more cock if only it wouldn't immediately be cause for alarm, probably because it's easy for developers to target the adolescent and "never get laid male nerd" audience, but it's definitely a contributing factor. Though you can find it if you look.
