What is this game? (Please tell me it's not mindjack)

I saw a trailer within the last year that got me hyped for a game I don't remember the title for nor bookmarked.
In the trailer (more of a developer's video) it was showing all these various ways through a first person level. You could jack into security cameras and turn the cities' automated guns on villains or you could jump into the body of one bad guy and take out the others or you could tank your way through etc.
It showed various run n' gun to vaguely stealth to just plain different ways to approach the same scene.
Reading the description of mindjack it sounds like that absolutely beautiful idea may have turned into mindjack.
Anyone have a better idea of what the game was if it wasn't mindjack and if it's coming out or vapour at this point?

My gut feeling is it was Deus Ex 3.

There are other trailers on the main GT page as well. I think I remember there was actual body-switching in one of the other videos but I don't have time to check right now.
