Name that movie!

Hey everyone, so I have another request for a movie name, if anyone can help. I saw this in the mid 90s, and I think it was a made for TV movie or something. It had a bunch of college students (maybe 4-5) going swimming in the middle of this lake. There's this wooden platform or raft thing they're all hanging out on. This pool of black sludge comes and starts killing them off one by one, mainly by sucking them into the water with it.

Any ideas? My google fu is giving me nothing.

    Based on the Stephen King short story, The Raft. Although I think Creepshow 2 was all or mostly Stephen King stories. Maybe Creepshow 1 also?
