Guys, I think the way we should respond to this, whatever our opinions of it may be, is to act really condescending and as though everybody who has a different view is kinda dumb. Who's with me?
Still charming. And, yea, three minute installments are downright painful.
P.S. No popups in Firefox, Opera, or Chrome. But I did get a very, very, very un-funny comedian running her mouth for over a minute about how she wants to see a "mom" president of the US.

For some reason this episode in particular has me excited for the inevitable flashback origin episode(s) that explains how the two began travelling together.
Excellent episode. I really dig Ledo and Ix as an aside on PATV. That said if it took up the Friday slot and I had to wait another week for 4th panel or PATV proper I probably would whine about it when it came up.

I liked it as usual, but this was the first one to actually make me lol.

That's a dumb way to approach this thread. I wish I could properly convey why but you just wouldn't understand.
Also: while I will continue to watch because they are only 3 minutes I still don't know how I feel about them. They're alright I guess.
Also: the extra 5 luck at the end was him bonin that turtle... horrifying
Quality as usual. And it's finally hinting at some real story.
I'm wondering if the ending was hinting at the idea that the girl (I forget which one's which) is also an NPC, just a more sophisticated one than the townsfolk. In the same way that another party member would have a lot more dialogue than a random passerby.
I feel like there isn't a lot of substance here really. Like maybe once the series is done and you watch it straight through as one thing, it'll be better.
I really liked this one. I liked the close ups, I think that helped a lot. I liked the plot, it wasn't completely broken up. It looks like they're improving. The first episode was their webcomic thingy, 20 or 30 comics all in one episode, which is why it was jarring to see in episode form. With three it looks like they're getting used to this whole episode thing.
I think the 3m format is good for now. Make it longer and you might hit mega64's thing, where people complained it was too long making them look like they were stalling on their jokes or whatever.
You don't ask your sister if she likes you intrinsically. That's the kind of question you ask if you're an insecure wuss who wants reassurance from the girl that you like. Ix also seems to think that this kind of question is neither too forward or presumptuous, else he wouldn't have asked.
Ledo is grumpy from being woken up to such asshattery and says, "Who said anything about liking you?!" But she is quick to try and retract her words, although Ix has fallen asleep by that point.
You can probably infer that they have some feelings for each other, but haven't acted on them.
I think the question was just him being reflective and introspective, which seems to be a cornerstone of the character. I think the most you can safely infer about their relationship is that you've got two conflicting personalities, an obvious alpha, who at first glance is very down to earth, and someone who follows the alpha because they are insecure enough to be dependent on them, and because of said insecurity, spends a lot of their time wondering and second guessing.

I very much doubt they're siblings. I don't see that kind of insecurity between well-established family members as being all that plausible. I call my younger brother a dumbass all the time. He does the same. And I'd probably snark at him for asking such an assinine question in the first place. Even being the milquetoast that he is, I don't see Ix taking Ledo's reply to heart if she were simply his sister. It'd just be another case of "big sis is picking on me." I know I wouldn't sit up at night wondering if my more dominant sibling likes me or not.
Maybe I'm being a presumptuous cock and assuming that a boy+girl automatically equals a couple. Except it just seems much simpler to me that Ix asked the question because of some romantic feeling, however philosophical he is being about it. Likewise, I don't think Ledo would be so quick to try and retract her words if their association is simply a professional one. After all, such a question is terribly forward and can only be taken to mean so many things. If Ledo did want to reassure Ix, she'd also establish that her feelings are purely Platonic.
I just see no other way of interpreting their character dynamic.
Like I said, the only thing we really know about their dynamic is one gives off a "strong" vibe, while the other is obviously meant to be "weak." Perhaps she thinks she needs to protect him, which is why she retracted her words when they appeared to offend, and also why, whenever they've approached a dubious situation, she suggests he stay back, where it's safe. And Ix, being "weak" seems to be lacking in the self confidence department, hence why he seeks reaffirmation.

A stronger sibling which I depend upon is somebody whose love I take for granted. I don't care how timid you are, it's jut not plausible that you'd ask this kind of question if you've grown up with this person. If Ledo where her brother, she'd probably say, "Of course I do, you're my brother." This would quickly establish this characterization to the audience, since you don't want them getting confused.
Also I should have highlighted "intrinsically" in italics. It implies a great deal about what Ix is worried about. There's a bit of possessive insecurity there. The question is absurd. It doesn't matter if you are liked "intrinsically" just so long as it is a fact that you are liked. Lovers seem to obsess irrationally over emotional exclusivity. People get jealous about it. It means that he wants her to like him regardless of environment or circumstance.
How would a coworker of the opposite sex who simply thinks of you as a friend react to this question? "I like you, but not in that way." You just don't use the word "like" with somebody of the opposite sex without running face first into the implication that you are speaking of romantic involvement.

"Do you think everyone in the world is...that way?"
I don't know how long "all your life" is for these guys.

I don't see what you're driving at. You might say they've only recently become reunited as siblings and are trying to catch up. That's a pretty big if.
And yes, I like to discuss the state-of-the-world with my brother and his opinions about things that happen in the news. His opinion is not something I would psychically know, though I can make an educated guess. He doesn't like the philosophy stuff so much, since I tend to ramble and he'll tune me out.
If I were, however, to ask if I think all people are just sophisticated automatons. Well, fuck. People have pretty strong opinions about that. It's not an unusual question to ask my brother at all, since I would have trouble anticipating his thoughts on the matter. (Although I'd guess: "Yes" or "I don't know.")

anyway I can safely say that I really like this.
also I really liked this one!
the conversation around the fire at the end made me laugh more than once
I think part of the problem here might be that this would work a lot better if we were getting more than three minutes of it at a time

but this is pretty good actually..
I continue to enjoy the dialog.
Regarding the show itself, well I guess I'm still not seeing the appeal. Oh well.

Still don't like the show.
Nevermind laugh, it has yet to make me smile...

I'm liking these, not sure why. Do we know the relationship yet between them? Are they brother/sister?
