What's sad is the developer pays while I bet most of this was Atari's fault.
Eh. The blame for the game's major flaws and poor design choices must be placed on Eden themselves. For stuff like misleading marketing, the release day hilarity, and DLC shenanigans, that you can probably mostly blame on Atari. I figure culpability for all the bugs is shared.

A lot of time, massive bugs are a result of a publisher pushing a game out before it's ready. But not always. I don't remember TDU1 being a buggy mess. That was Eden, right? So I'd assume they're at least competent. But who knows.
