    I am moderately anticipating this, if not excited about it. I thought the first book was good but really bogged down in the middle and could have really stood to have about a hundred pages of the University stuff cut. But hopefully it will have nicely laid the foundation for more of the cool stuff in Kvothe's Badass Boast to actually happen in this book.

    march 1 is a good day for book releases. this book and the crippled god, the last book in the malazan series both come out. dang excited.
