Amazon EC2 type service in Canada?

We have a client that is giving us a new project that wants the web application to be run "in the clouds". However they have a strict data requirement that the data must be housed in Canada.. so that throws EC2 out the window. I don't have much experience with cloud computing, only a little bit with Amazon's service.. Does anyone know if there is something similar (although I am sure way smaller) that their data centeres are physically located in Canada?

While not exactly the same thing, ServerBeach has data centers in Canada. Not sure if that helps any, but I thought I'd mention it.

I found this through Google, but I can't vouch for it in any way.
IBM also apparently opened a cloud computing center in Canada as well.

Please note that renting time in a cloud service is not exactly cheap. Factor that into your project pricing from the beginning if you're going to go in that direction.

Thanks. I did actually come across that IBM thing later this afternoon; think I will look into that further.
And it is a government contract, so pricing really isn't an issue.
