PAX Community Shirts are here, and now on black tees (as well as a variety of colors)!

After much forum collaboration, a PAX Community Heraldry has been created, trying to portray all (well, quite a lot) of the community events the community runs at PAX Prime and East. Thus the heraldry is split red and blue for both venues, with the Pre and Post dinners, Pubcrawls, button and card trading, and the mystery tours. Various trips and events flank. The Latin phrase says "strangers are friends," describing the willingness of the PAX community to welcome everyone into the group.

I have gotten approval for the PAX community logo (the text) and the heraldry from Khoo. He asks that items are sold at cost, and that the PAX community logo text be no larger than 4" when reproduced. In that vein, there's a one to two dollar mark-up to cover my store cost (which allows me to offer any variety of shirt). Any excess I get will be donated to Child's Play.

    awesome! although since i've only just started posting here in the last few days, i do not consider myself worthy of such a shirt quite yet.

    Sadly they only go up to a 3 xl, I'm a big guy, so this just isn't going to work, if it came in a 5 xl I would be in bushiness, looks great though.

    It's a 3x, and it's HUUUUGE on me! I usually wear a 2-3xl, but this one is flowing on me. They're pre-shrunk which probably explains why.

    I feel you on this, but I'm 6'5" and roughly built like a retired NFL lineman, I think the last tine I wore a 3xl was back in high school. I'll get one for my wife though, she will love it.

    I got mine the other day and I like it a lot. The only complaint I have is that the word "community" sorta ran together a little bit, but it still looks kickass.

    Kiashien: I ruled out the men's bright red because it seemed close to the red on the logo. It would either make the slogan fade out, or be just slightly different enough to look awful together.

    The leading shirt color right now is actually military green (4 sales, 5 if you count olive). Second is charcoal with 3, and cardinal with 2.

    feitocomfruta: "Community" is a very very long word to fit under "PAX".

    61Ranchero: I have no plans to take the design down just because East ends. I'm not even going to East, so if people take photos of it "in the wild," that'd be great. :D

    Just bought one, if nothing else because that's a pretty slick heraldry.

    I have both of mine in. Good quality prints from what I can tell. Being that it seems they use heat transfers for the prints, wouldn't recommend drying this on high.
