Hello, my friend's mac laptop is having audio problems. She will be listening to music and then suddenly it is muted and when she tries to change the volume that speaker icon comes up with a red slash through it. She thinks it may be when she is running too many programs such as flash videos with it, but we aren't quite sure. Anyone have any experience with this or what might be the cause/fix?
