They can hurry up and port Assbro and RDR to the PC any day now.

Then I can wait for 6-12 months for them to drop to a price reasonable enough for my cheap ass.

Red Dead is worth picking up for the Xbox if you have one.

I have both a 360 and PS3, but I have much more PC gaming time. I don't think I've even plugged my 360 controller into my 360 since back when 'Splosion Man was first released.

All I'm gonna say is that a quick check of my stats shows that I have lassoed and dragged people behind my horse for a distance of 1856 ft. Hell I did laps around town with one guy. Till he died. Get it for the 360.

Thom, if we do end up trying to put out the fires, could I use my high strength when Huge to simulate Super-Strength without extra effort, and then use extra effort to generate a shockwave or something that blows the air away from the fires? Not with out extra effort. Super strength can do it if you have the super breath power feat. And your huge strength bonus isn't that high that I'd argue it emulates super strength well enough to just count.

I've got a +12 Strength modifier when Huge, so I don't think it's a huge stretch to count that as a rank or two of Super-Strength. But if I have to spend a hero point and extra effort, so be it. If I can write it up well enough, I'll make them back. Of course, none of this will necessarily happen, but I think it'd be a nice development in the current session.

In comics, I've generally seen it explained with some variation on the idea that they 'borrow' and shunt mass to a pocket dimension.

Where are you getting 12 from? I'm looking at the table and it gives +10 str carrying capacity which gives you a strength of 28. Strong, but we're talking Spiderman strong, not Superman strong.

I love the idea of a shapeshifter turning into a T Rex. And then blowing away in the wind because of his suddenly very high surface area: mass ratio.

Which puts you in the 3 ton range. So a heavy car. Still kinda short. One thing to keep in mind is that a power stunt needs to somewhat fit thematically. Comic book physics and logic are more flexible then their real world counter parts, but there are still limits to how far even they will bend.

Yeah, I don't know what the deal was there. I was confused as to why people were seriously hating on holidays.

Valentines sort of falls into the same category as halloween in terms of being manufactured by various industries to boost sales, etc. But who gives a shit. If it's a good time, celebrate it. If it's not, ignore it. If it seriously wounds you to see other people happy, fucking reexamine your life.
