Buying a new graphics card

Dear Penny-Arcade,
As the title implies, I am considering buying a new graphics card. Currently I am rocking a Radeon 4650, and while it does fine with most of my games(any source engine game), it forces me to use low settings and a bit lowered resolution on games such as Metro 2033 and GTA4. I have my eye on a gtx 260 for about $100 here: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4683600&Sku=B52-0262

Any thoughts on this card or if this is a good deal. I am looking to be able to run all my games very smoothly at good graphics, but I am only going to be using a single 1920x1080 monitor. I am also a broke college student so any money I can save the better.

Thoughts, suggestions, ideas?

You can get a GTX 460 from Evga's B Stock for between $120 and $140.

768-P3-1360-RX is the $120 one. Comes with free shipping, will give you better performance than a GTX 260 and supports DX 11.

It's a recertified card. I've purchased two recertified cards from Evga and they both still run fine. Should come with a 90 day warranty as well.

Will be much better at 1080p too.
