So there are set triggers but not always a logical link from the triggers to the events.
Pretty much.
S- Find her dad, see only one girl die, let the animals out, see Lotte die in the cave, check everything, go to the third floor.
A- Dont' find her dad, see only one girl die, let the animals out, see Lotte get shot, check everything go to the third floor.
B- Find her dad, see both girls die, see Lotte die in the cave, don't let the animals out, go to the third floor.
C-Find her dad, see both girls die, see Lotte die in the cave, don't let the animals out, go to the second floor.
are the big 4, the others are pretty much "see both girls die, don't find her dad, find/don't find Lotte in the cave" and the 2 car ones are just dependant on seeing one or both Laura/Ann dead.
So if you manage to go the game only seeing one girl die (Lotte doesn't count; not a girl) you are pretty much guaranteed to get a "good" ending if you don't cock it up and die on the way there.

Props to you, Skutskut. I'm usually never intrigued when it's a Let's Play that involves text, mainly because the format of the writing has to be below or above the picture, and not to the side like my primitive brain likes it.
Also Clock Tower is a game that still frightens me. Mainly because of the controls and the impending deaths, but no less I have some reading material and pictures to see that I never have before. tyvm

You're welcome, I wanted to play through it again and I probably wouldn't have got all the endings again if I didn't LP it.
