I don't understand why you wouldn't take the time you would wait in line and just use that time to walk to the one like ten minutes away where there is no line.

So, this was pages ago, but I'm kinda curious. The only Tims I've seen at York was in the TEL building, and it sucked. Can't even use those little Tims cards with that place. Is there a proper Tim's in the lanes or something?
Also, I've never rolled up anything that resembled a rim and I am a horrible Canadian. I've been afraid for some years I might be deported to the arctic for my lack of patriotism.
As for places that aren't Tims that sell stuff, Krispy Kremes is pretty awful stuff. I remember when that branch opened up in the GTA, it was a big deal, then everyone just agreed it was gross and no one I know actually touches the stuff. A donut which requires reheating just to not be stale poop an hour later is not a donut at all. Conclusion? 95 cents for a Tims' caramel crunch donut is the best thing since ever.
