What's the cheapest place to buy RAM at? I'm trying to get between 8GB and 16GB of DDR2 RAM which apparently because it's not DDR3 makes it worth more. And ideally I'd like to try and find this place before the incident in Japan makes those prices sky rocket.
I've hit Newegg, but a 2GB stick seems to run about 60 and a 4GB stick closet to 90. Is that really the going rpices these days?
Sorry, haven't had to buy RAM in a few years for my own systems.

DDR2 tends to cost more now because they're slowing down (and eventually stopping) production of it. Same as if you go down to the store and try to buy SD ram... or DDR ram...
That said - DataMemorySystems usually has pretty good prices. A quick check showed slightly lower prices on some DDR2 than you quoted, and much cheaper on others.
Holy shit. They sell RAMBUS RAM??!?! And in 1GB sticks! Holy crap.
In further research I've found that the system board I'm working with wont take more than 8GB, so I'm limited to 4 sticks of 2GB. Running price I've found is around 110 to 120 from Newegg for DDR800...
I'll look deeper at DMS's prices. Regardless it's a pretty spiffy site! Thanks.
Its going to be hard since most are on the ddr3 standard. Try Tigerdirect.com. Sometimes you can find ram that has been returned (and that still works) and stores like bestbuy (I think the still might have ddr2 ram).
Other than that, maybe try directly from ram sites:
Crucial ram
Kingston
Asus I think makes ram
And i'm blanking after that.
