The real estate crash never happened in Canada ... (yet). We still get ridiculous lines of speculators and flippers lining up at condo and single family home pre construction sites, with places switching hands several times before the place is even built.
Although I think our market will likely crash and burn just as bad as it did in the US for a variety of made in Canada reasons.
