    I do think, that Penny Arcade puts more of a worth in "unit cohesion" than many other small businesses. I also don't think there's anything wrong with that, and in fact building a team of like minded individuals that you know will work well together can in fact be more productive and efficient than purely going by resumes and references.

    Yeah, people only cling to the "most qualified candidate should get the job" until they find that person is not who they are then its just "I'm the best fit hire me please!"

    Please email patv@penny-arcade.com if you guys have any more trouble.

    There was a small problem that prevented Chrome, IE, and iOS 4 devices from playing the video.
