We are looking for an experienced .NET developer to code/test/implement/support winforms and ASP.NET applications. We are a small firm that supports the District Attorneys in the state with innovative software solutions. Being a small firm allows you to interact with all aspects of the hardware and software and actually see your work through to completion. Primary Responsibilities:

· Analyze requirements, design, code, test, implement software in a Microsoft .NET environment
· Assist support in trouble shooting and resolving software related issues
· Must be able to pass a background check


Experience in most of the following is required:

· Microsoft Technologies
· Visual Basic.NET (and Framework)
· Visual Studio 2003/8/10
· Strong object oriented concepts for O.O.P.
· Software Design
· Web Services implementing WCF (Windows Communication Framework)
· X.509 Certificates (from creation to implementation)
· Windows Services (creation, deployment)
· Windows Forms with custom controls
· Knowledge of Infragistics Controls
· asp.NET and its deployment
· asp.NET custom user controls
· SQL Server (Enterprise Manager/SQL Server Management Studio), tSQL Language and Stored Procedures
· ADO.NET and Enterprise Library
· XML structure and its usage in .NET via XmlDocument, XElement, XmlReader and XmlNamespaceManager objects
· XML Schemas (XSDs)
· Proper VB.NET error management via Try-Catch statements
· ClickOnce Deployment
· Intricate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems


Knowledge of the following is a plus:

· Rockford Lhotka's CSLA .NET framework
· Knowledge of AsyncCallback and System.Threading.Thread (and Timers)
· Altova XMLSpy XML Editor
· Synchronous and Asynchronous computing concepts
· Knowledge of System.Net.Sockets
· Windows Server 2008 R2 Virtualization with Hyper-V
· Microsoft Exchange (Server and mailbox management etc.)
· Knowledge of desktop, laptop and server hardware (diagnosis and repair)
· Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager and data backup strategies
· Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010
· NIEM (the National Information Exchange Model)
· Cisco ASDM-IDM Launcher and other Cisco (Firewall) technologies
· DotNetNuke
· General Networking concepts
· MS Word automation
· Websphere MQ
· Knowledge of the judicial process
