Are there any good motion games out there that help learn martial arts? I am thinking about this not only for my adult self, but for my young kids. I have a Wii but might be looking into a kinect.

I would mostly be interested in learning sword forms as well. A kinect game where they are able to critique your form would be amazing.

Time to roll the dice.

I wish that there was, but to my knowledge, not yet. There is apparently a game coming out called UFC Personal Trainer, the name being pretty descriptive of the content I guess. Also, there is a Taichi lesson as well as a martial arts boxing lesson on Your Shape Fitness Evolved. It is pretty basic, and more for just following along for exercise though.

Unfortunately, I think that a game won't be able to substitute for a real life teacher though. At this point the kinect sensor isn't accurate enough to get all the subtle positioning right.
