The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Well, I've only just started distributing the link around today and you're the first response. I'm kinda worried that this won't really take off. I mean, yeah - 35 questions is a bit much, but my project tutor said it's good as it is.
I know that there could be better questions and what-not, but A: I'm hopeless with this stuff and B: I'm going by things that I've picked out from various articles.
So yeah, I'm not bothered about posting my results when they are gathered, but I don't know how much it'll prove for the average interested person. A large part will be evaluating how I did things and how they could be improved...which is quite a lot from what I can tell. :P
So far I've posted here and on the official Netbeans forums (was going to post on the Official Eclipse forums too, but it's waaaaay too official, demanding Organisations and what-not). Still trying to find reasonable other places...
Also, thanks again for your time. I really do appreciate it.
Thanks for taking part and thanks for the advice, now it's a question of which forum on that site to go for, as nothing looks particularly geared towards this kinda thing. Then again - neither does this forum here. :P
5 responses so far, grateful for all of them! If you know more people, that would be awesome too - but you've already done more than I expected.

I'm really not a fan of Eclipse, personally.

As far as other places to post this survey, TIGSource might be a good one, lots of indie devs there that might be willing to give feedback.

Also, 29 so far.
I would just like to thank all of you one last time, I wouldn't be able to finish my project if it wasn't for all of you.
