Hi again H/A, its been a while...

So I am looking to start up a youtube channel, I have a name and idea already thought up but am stuck on what physical stuff I will actually need to do it.

This is more or less what I want my videos to look like in terms of quality. I have a decent budget for a camera but I want to limit my self to about 250-300 in supplies. Would love a DSLR but I have yet to find one that does video in my price range.

HD webcams look like they're not too expensive.

Especially considering the budget of $250-300, hoooly moly will you be in for a treat when you see the prices! I personally recommend you go take a look at Newegg and see what seems to have lots of positive reviews, and make sure you read reviews that had a complaint about the camera. For what it's worth, apparently this $100 webcam is on sale for $80 and does 720p, 30FPS video (no personal experience with it, just wanted to point this out since I spotted the sale). My boyfriend has something similar to this, which we paid the same price for a couple years back, and I believe it records videos that are similar in quality to the one you linked, although it's not exactly 1080p-level, if that's what you need. Anyway, at least considering Newegg's selection, it's tough to find a webcam that's over $200, and $80-100 will probably get you the quality you need, so that's good news!
