[What if] Marvel-superheroes were born on their debut dates?

I have always loved old "What If" stories, and I found this interesting scenario from RPG.net... How would Marvel Universe look if heroes and villains had born on the date date of their first appearance on this world? For example, Peter Parker would be born in August 1962, and become Spider-Man in 1977. Ben Grimm, Reed Richards, Sue Storm and Johnny Storm would be all born in November 1961.
How this would change Marvel Universe? Most obvious change would be that there would no superheroes fighting in second world war, as even Steve Rogers would be only four by the end of the war. Magneto wouldn't have seen holocaust, and original original X-Men would be in their fifties, probably out of the field work already. How did Rogers become Captain America? Vietnam? And how this change in origina change him?
Anyway, fun ideas, political impact from the heroes, musings on changed character relationships, ideas on how to resolve problem cases etc, all are welcome.
