So, this is turning into an obsession.
It's an old(ish?) game for the PC (or Mac?) that was popular on the forums for a while.
It's a strategy game. You play the chief of a Norse-inspired fantasy village. The game doesn't have graphics in the traditional sense - it has static illustrations and text. You make decisions from a list of choices, and your choices affect the growth and prosperity of the village.
I remember there was a collaborative thread about it, where people decided which villagers should be promoted to which jobs, which nations they should make war on, etc.
