South Korean Address

I'm shipping an eBay auction to an address in South Korea:

Janghangdong ### dongha-nexus bilding ### jinjubibimbob
Ilsandonggu goyang-city kyungkido south
Goyang-city kyungkido ######

I punched this into google maps and came up with nothing, is this a legitimate address?

Already asked the bidder to verify, but I am concerned about our language barrier.

(I replaced the actual numbers with #)

    It looks like it'll probably be deliverable to me, it's kinda hard to say whats a legitimate address or not since the S. Korean postal system is a complete clusterfuck with no real standardized formats and people writing whatever they want on the letter. But it's got the city ward, neighborhood, building and i'm assuming the last 6 numbers are the postal code so it should be good.
