Buying Windows XP from my school

Ok, I was going to buy Windows XP from my school and give it to my uncle because buying it here would only cost me $10 while if my uncle bought it at a store someplace, it would cost him the expensive retail. Ok, so my question is that could I get in trouble for this with Microsoft?

I'm so tired of partying.

as long as your uncle absolutely does not resell it, you should be fine.

it also depends on how your school sells it.

some schools sell licenses that are only good for one year, or for the duration of your college career, while others sell it for use indefinite use; make sure to find out when you buy it.
