Inspired out of boredom

Know it sounds silly, but I think this place could use some sort of weird in forums contests to shake it up. And then the winners of the contests could get things like boddah or Mr. E's custom PM buttons or perhaps the ability to post in locked threads. Maybe runners up could see thier postcount or something simple. Just something.

The contests could be anything from art, to trivia, to making simple games in java.

It would just be neat to have some sort of user based games that would give people forum based prizes.

    Which is to say, they are downright awful.
