Failing hard drives

Ok, so here's the deal. I have a fun situation on my end.

I got a copy of WHS2011 and was upgrading from WHSv1 to WHS2011. Part of this process involved migrating all data from the old server to a temporary server I set up. Once the data was on that server I formatted the drive containing WHSv1 and installed WHS2011, and got my original drives back into play. Upon initiating the data transfer back from my temporary server to my WHS2011 box I've run into a unique scenario.

I've got a hard drive failing in each server. And I didn't learn about it until the data restoration process.

Worse, the data I'm concerned about losing is on the failed drive in the temp server and was being moved to the failed drive in the receiving WHS2011 box.

So, after doing some intense data moving I've come down to what looks like 5 GB of untouchable data on the temp server that I'm running the risk of losing if it can't be copied.

Windows keeps stalling ont he files in question. Is there another program that'll jsut dumb copy the files accress?
