Hi, I'm the art director of a Facebook MMORPG called Pirate Legacy (highly recommended to those who're looking for a light but very original RPG).
I've been looking for an active community and one of my colleagues suggested I pay a visit here. I'm very happy to be here and want to share some short cartoons featuring wacky pirates. See you soon!;-)

This is excellent! What kind of design challenges do you face when you illustrate for Facebook?

    Looks really nice!

My only complaint would be that the horizon ends so abruptly. It really makes the depth of the piece a little confusing.

This looks great. Has a nice Monkey Island vibe to it. Do show us more of your current stuff!

if it wasn't for this pesky stamina business, your game might be a dangerous time sink!!

Yeah this is really nice. The lighting is spot on.

There are a couple things that could be better though. The horizon like wass mentioned and also the island on the right seems oddly straight. The island is also more obvious because its right next to the border. Extending the canvas to the right a bit or changing the shape of that island would fix the composition quite a bit.
