Rental Car Oopsies

I backed into a poll driving a rental (stupid rental is 16 inches longer than my daily). I purchased Collision Damage Waiver through Enterprise. I can't find an off-hours phone number so I'm waiting till tomorrow to call and let them know what's up. What can I expect? I can't find a deductible or anything in my paperwork. Am I really boned, sorta boned, or not boned at all?

Worst case scenario, you should be able to put a claim thru via your own auto insurance (insurance company would treat the rental as a 'temporary substitute car').

There should be paperwork that tells you what to do, but from their site:

    Customer Service: 1-800-264-6350

    Roadside Assistance: 1-800-307-6666

Unless they changed things since 2007 when I sideswiped a pole entering an enterprise garage you are not boned at all. There was no deductible. Yeay collision waiver.

So you should be perfectly fine.

I rented a car and all they had left was a mini van, with it snowing.
I got the damage stuff because I had never driven a van or a two wheel drive thing in the snow before.

I got hit in the parking lot but didn't even realize it til I did an after hours drop off.

The phone call the next morning was:
"So can you explain the damage to the side of the van?"
    "Nope."
    "Ok, thanks!"

Also, visa may have you covered if you get in a wreck with a car you paid for using one of their cards.
