Cold, Clammy Hands and Feet

So every winter, I have an obnoxious problem. My hands and feet get cold and clammy and sweaty, which results in me freezing my ass off. I don't know why this is. I'm not a particularly sweaty person, and I generally don't have this problem anywhere but at work.

The foot part is particularly annoying. It happens whether I wear shoes, or no shoes, or slippers. It happens when I wear thick socks and thin socks. I'm tired of spending my winters with cold, sweaty feet, and so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about how to fix this matter.

I submitted an entry to Lego Ideas, and if 10,000 people support me, it'll be turned into an actual Lego set!If you'd like to see and support my submission, follow this link.

    Have you tried an anti-perspirant?

What you're describing is a year long problem for me but it gets particularly bad in winter. Getting rid of the sweat will usually get rid of the coldness for me. Certain Dry works really well, it's meant for armpits, but I use it on my hands without any problems. Just apply it on your hands/feet in the morning and at night and after a few days you should notice it getting better.

I'll try that, though spraying anti-persperant on my hands seems somewhat odd.

If you're anything like me, your hands get extremely cold after you play a game for too long, something to do with circulation I suppose. At one point it got so bad I started to wear gloves in the house.

Whenever they start to feel cold I usually give them a rest or put them next to the heater for a few minutes. Hopefully this might help with your problem.

A stronger circulatory system should help regulate body temperature in your extremities. Perhaps try a regular cardio workout?
