Who do you report international scams to (if anyone)?

My mom got a scare-scam-virus on her computer. "Your computer is infected! Pay us money to have it cleaned!" She put in her credit card, and they charged it $80 (twice!) plus an international fee was added. I've taken care of the other aspects, i.e. I'm cleaning her computer and I told the CC company that those charges were false. Now, I'd like to let law enforcement know. It appears that there are many organizations that are happy to pursue domestic scammers, but this seems to be an international operation. Is there any organization in the US that takes reports on international scammers?

I don't have a link handy, but I know there is some way to get in touch with them on their website.
If I hadn't recognized it immediately for what it was it could have been much worse. You might want to sit your mom down and have a talk about the different kinds of viruses you can get and what they look like.
