Only that one time, and you were to blame
Also, do intense focus and reverse focus stack for a total of -5 to one element and +2/+3 to the others?
Does elemental defense lower healing effects, so if targeted by a metal minor heal with -2 metal you would heal an additional 4 and at metal 4 you would heal 8 less from a metal minor heal?
If healed and damaged at the same time, will a larger amount of healing prevent death?
As noted in the skill descriptions, this is indeed the case.
Yes. Affinities do not discriminate between attacks and healing: healing skills are simply attacks with a negative base value so as to invoke their healing effects. See the third example in the damage calculation section of the opening post for an additional example.
As noted in an earlier clarification, it is the net change in HP is what determines whether a player survives or not.
The web statpages games are not worth missing Imo.
it was a calculated gamble.
in hindsight it was a misjudgement and I probably should have let people kill duna.
but hey, we all make mistakes.
if it makes you feel better, i got day 1'd in the last game that i played.

Just don't say that out loud because people will get pissy and say your logic is retarded.

I mean, honestly I was impartial because I knew nothing about MSPA going into it, and just about as much when I was done.
Also, I don't know why, but the character(s?) with the weird yellow and orange horns make me angry just looking at them.
You attacked Burnage with a probe water attack. Burnage took 9999 damage.
If people have stupid stats, can you confirm whether it is possible to heal someone with a damage attack, or damage them with a heal attack?
edit- actually, I guess the question only goes for healing, since the OP does cover the damage attack part.
edit2- given your response above, I guess it's pretty obvious that you can damage someone with a healing spell and vice versa. Interesting!
