I got to the 7th strip before I had to leave. The one about omnigel was pretty funny but the other ones were just fanwank...which I guess is understandable since they're fan made...but man...
Bioware or the japanese? I started somewhere in the 40s after google lead me there and moved forward. Some of the fanwank was rather cute.
Both probably, but I'm referring to the bioware thread.
That being said...I usually don't mind fanwank art as long as it looks nice and is in line with my own perceptions. >_>
If not then I get ANGRY!!!(or rather mildly irritated)
i never liked liara until shadow broker for precisely those reasons :P
Me too!
But I still banged her in 1. She was the only option and I'll be damned if Shepard isn't gonna get some.
I find it hilarious that bioware tried so hard to create the perfect nerd bait, like to the point I imagine they had a team dedicated to it, all sitting around with graphs and test tubes in the background, and the fandoms collective response was 'did you see the girl with chicken legs? So delicate, so kawii~'.

Nerds are less predictable than one thinks sometimes.
I mean, sure. They'll always end up terrifying, but the routes to the same point can be creative.
So according to a recent facebook announcement, Mass Effect 3 has been delayed until "the first three months of 2012". Although I'm somewhat disappointed by this news I'm glad they're taking the extra time to make sure the game is as good as it can be.
Mass Effect 3 will be released in the first three months of 2012. The development team is laser focused on making sure Mass Effect 3 is the biggest, boldest and best game in the series, ensuring that it exceeds everyone’s expectations.

Obviously there's going to be some disappointment, though the quality of the game is more important than the release date. Still, Bioware should be releasing another statement soon to help us cope:
In order to compensate for the delay to Mass Effect 3, we'll be releasing a very small, free piece of DLC for Mass Effect 2: Zenith Terminal. The Salarian STG has contacted Mordin Solus with an offer to use their Virtual Training Facilities, open to Shepard's squad.
Some of the simulations include Genophage Observation Operation 27: Cloacas Not Allowed; A Room with a View... of a whole lot of Batarian Mercenaries; Heavy Weapons Test Chamber; the experimental Rachni Riding Course; and the recent addition to the program (recommended after observations on Turian Special Forces training): Defending an Assault on a Gardening Supply Shop.
Specialist classes may also find certain simulations to hone their unique skills. Infiltrators will want to check out the 'Predator vs Prey' series, while Vanguards will be offered a unique take on an earth game called Bowling (we're told there are Volus involved). Engineers will get a new hat.
Not that I don't enjoy a huge blockbuster holiday, but it seemed like things were just too jam-packed with Batman, Skyrim, Uncharted, Skyward Sword, and ME3, plus any undisclosed yet-to-be-announced games all in there at once. Mass Effect 2 launching at the start of 2010 was actually a really good idea to start off the year and I'm glad the same will happen with ME3.

"Did ya hear the one about the mussel that wanted to purchase Valve? Seems like the bivalve had a juicy offer on the table but the company flat-out refused and decided to immediately clam up!"
In my opinion, a delay is a very smart move. Not only does it give them more time to produce a better product, but it also removes the game from the insane holiday lineup.
A November release would have had them competing against: Battlefield 3, Call of Duty, Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Batman, and probably some others that I'm forgetting. They will get a whole lot more sales with a spring 2012 release.

I'm thinking that the ME3 delay is due more to STAR WARS taking forever to be finished, and they don't want to release ME3 immediately after that game and step all over it.

I never LIKE games being delayed, but I understand. Rather it be a couple of months later (say, didn't ME2 come out in March...) than there be f'ed up stuff (a couple of really annoying DA2 bugs come to mind..).

whoa wait what? is this real?
No.
Valve would never let someone else into the hat market without a fight.
I think this delay will be for the best. I'd rather have ME3 be as close to perfect as possible than risk a botched job.
At least we'll get some good stuff at E3 hopefully.

Maybe we'll get a DLC where Shepard's team gets the call to covertly insert deep into Batarian space and "capture" (wink wink) a Batarian terrorist leader.
Pretty disappointed it's not coming out right at the start of the holidays for me and 4 days before my birthday, but if the extra time is well spent polishing the game further then I'm happy with the delay.
Also,

On the other hand...ME3 was already my GotY in my heart.
Dear Bioware. Replacing Lt. Boring with Cerebus Operative Boring and then going back to Lt. Boring isn't a win for anyone.
Luckily, he's dead in my game. So bland. So, so bland.
