Hey Penny-Arcade, I created this account to help protect my identity. I have been butting heads with a professor in one of my classes for a bit and last week we wrote reviews. Apparently he has heard that my review as not very positive and he sent me a text at 1 in the morning asking if I would "care to share it with him."
My current plan is to not respond and in no way acknowledge that I have received the text. He has my cellphone number from the university website and searched my name, so it is not like I was giving out my number. Any other advice? 20% of our grade is participation and I have attended my classes and done the work in class, but I wouldn't put it past him to take part of that grade away. It just seems like he is going way out of his way to contact me so late at night. He is a temp and first semester he caused an incident with a student, and I highly doubt he will be here after his contract.
I am sorry for double accounting, just a bit stressed and I will not be using this account later.
Dont delete that text. Extremely unprofessional on his part, If you get a bad mark, your school probably has a way to appeal it. I would document everything.
I would contact your Dean/HOD, or at least another senior lecturer, and explain what's going on. You'll be a lot more credible going to them now rather than only raising this after results are back, because you don't like your grade.
Also, even if this doesn't end up effecting you, your college should have this on record. There may be other similar incidents (as well as the ones you've mentioned) that will bear on whether his contract is renewed.

This is my second option and I would like to do this, but I don't want to be taking time away from my studies combating this. Finals are next week and I do not need to deal with this on top my all my stress.

Just send an email saying "Look, this happened. I don't believe this behaviour was appropriate, and wanted to have this on record". You won't be testifying in court or anything.
Also... how did he even hear about your review of him? Were they meant to be private? If so, and it was somehow leaked, the HOD needs to be aware.

It is pretty well known him and I do not get along, and I told a few of my friends that I did not write a positive review about him, may be stupidity on my part. Still seems very strange to text me at 1 in the morning.
I think I will talk to someone about this and if I feel that my grade was adversely changed because of this I will then have that on record.

A text at 1:00am is extremely unprofessional. Contact the Dean of Students as well as the Department Head/Chair immediately (I would recommend simultaneously, in the same email). Keep the text on file and let them know what happened. Be as respectful and courteous as possible, while making it clear that his behavior was entirely unacceptable. Do not start blowing up and ranting about how horrible he is and how much you hate him. Being rational but firm will get you much farther than histrionics. Unless they try to sweep this under the rug and you get screwed in the process - but by then you'll probably move into "Get a Lawyer" territory (which is way, way down the line, and will probably never happen).

A text at 1AM really is weird, but apart from that I don't really get the fuss about this. Maybe he just wanted your honest opinion on his class?
I don't know how your college handles those reviews, at my university there were anonymous forms handed out at the end of each course/seminar that also had room for free text and while there was a statistical analysis by the department, the professor also got to see every single one.
I feel like I don't know enough of the backstory to jump straight into the "he's trying to screw you on your grade" mindset.
To me this sounds far more likely then a full professor giving half a shit about what an undergrad wrote on their evaluation. A few questions...
1. Is this a full professor, adjunct faculty, or a grad student?
2. What kind of institution is it? Is it primarily research focused?
3. Do you have any verification that this text was actually from who they claimed it was from?
