Wait, what? He is choosing which (cylon) basestar to damage, not which (human) battlestar. And surely it should be the person who reveals the Crossroads Card who makes the decision, but I can't find that clarified either way.

I think you're waiting on Korsakovia to send them their new trauma tokens and then to reveal the next crossroads card. Or to reveal all the trauma and do the player elimination stuff, if that's all of them.
Looks like the only thing left to resolve is the Trial/Boxing to see if anyone is eliminated, and to see if the Crisis will provide the opportunity for the humans to survive.
