    ah, good workout. i think my legs are close to being stronger than they've ever been. I squatted more weights total anyway. I haven't bothered with checking out my 1 rep max or anything. It's kind of neat to know that sort of stuff but it does also bring a risk of injury.

    I remember in weightlifting class in HS we were graded on our 1 rep and 6 rep maxes. As long as you improved week over week, you were passing with an A.

    I miss that class. :(

    Can't speak for nicer models, but LifeCam 3000 isn't that great. Comes with some nice software but the image quality is awful.

    Oops, should've mentioned, there's a VX-3000 and an HD-3000. The HD does, of course, HD.

    I now recommend Cleanup, the computer is not as sluggish as before and in a few minutes I will see if the scan finds the trojan again.

    Have a QA monitor that I have to dispute and even though I'm 99% sure I'll win the dispute it's still bothering the shit out of me. On top of which I found out I spent way too much money this past week and while I still have a lot in savings I treat that as money I don't have so even though I know I'm not broke it's going to be driving me nuts until I get paid again.
