CrashPlan - Internet backup to your friends

So I've recently been investigating what a good internet backup solution would be (wanting to protect my data against a fire/theft). I've heard good things about Mozy but they've dropped their unlimited plan and it would cost a lot of money per month to back up my several hundred gigs of data. Carbonite intentionally makes it an absolute pain to back up videos.

Which is why I was pretty excited to find out about CrashPlan. The deal is it encrypts data and lets you back it up to a friend over the internet. It's free to back up to other people and costs a monthly fee to back up to their central location.

I figure, hey, I'm probably only going to need 1TB of space for the foreseeable future. Why not find someone else with a 2TB hard drive and back up to each other's hard drives? Internet backup without a monthly fee. Rock! Anyone want to make this happen?
