I couldn't find the original thread because it was lost to time, and I regret not posting because I had alot of school work and work work building up around me and my time on the forums went down significantly for the last month or two.
But I wanted to make a new thread and say thank you to everyone that helped me during the time apart and gave me advice on how to keep in contact and things to do to keep the relationship working.
She came back today and we're still together and happier than ever. Thanks again everyone.
